With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, and People Management across the legal, financial, health, and education sectors, Nona Delfino navigates the complexities of compliance in an ever-changing landscape. As the founder and CEO of Strategic Management Resources, she helps organizations throughout the valley maintain compliance while fostering a positive work culture.
Nona studied Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and frequently speaks at HR Business Solutions conferences, as well as facilitating Leadership Workshops and seminars.
Six years ago, Nona embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey by founding Strategic Management Resources, a decision she has never regretted. Her leadership and commitment have earned her nominations for the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics, AZ Central’s Best of the West, and Outstanding Women in Business awards.
As an experienced HR professional, Nona has collaborated with various client organizations, providing strategic guidance and support in human resources management.
